  1. It depends on your country of birth. Your Canadian Permanent Resident status has no weight in other countries. It would be your passport that you are traveling on, and it depends on what country that is from. You would use your passport for traveling, and not need to show your Canadian PR card anywhere, other than entering Canada.


  2. as you can not get a Canadian passport it will be determined by which country issued your passport as to where you need a visa to visit
