  1. UK? Yes, the car needs to be insured and the car must be road legal in terms of road tax and MOT. You have to be supervised in the car by someone who has at least two years of driving experience with a full licence.

  2. A provisional license only allows you to learn to drive with an instructor or if you are insured on a car you can drive it aslong as you have someone sitting next to you that has held a clean license for atleast 3 years e.g. your parents.

  3. do what you wnat dude i don't care.

  4. Hi,

It really depends on what country and state you live in??

Please tell us so we can help....

  5. You do need insurance and the car must be fully legal in other respect, i.e taxed and in possession of a valid MoT.  It must also be roadworthy, test or no test.

Having sorted that, you may drive with an accompanying passenger who is over 21 and has held a full car licence for at least 3 years (and still holds it), and you must display "L" plates and stay off motorways. Oh, and you can substitute "D" plates for "L" plates in Wales.

    Enjoy your driving.

  6. With a provisional license you can drive your car, which does need to be insured, anywhere you like (except motorways) as long as you have a person over 21 with a license of more than 3 years in the passenger seat.

  7. Yes you need your own insurance to drive.Or you can drive

if someone clears you on their insurance. You can only drive with a qualified driver sitting in the passenger seat.Your not

allowed to drive on motorways. Before you start driving.Learn

the Highway Code. You have to pass a theory test before you

    can take a driving test.

  8. Most importantly, ensure that you are displaying "L PLATES"

on both front and rear of the vehicle ,in addition to the vehicle being taxed.MOT'd and insured. Also being accompanied by a qualified driver ,qualified to drive the vehicle/group  in question.Driving only where permitted to the rules and regulations covering learner drivers.

  9. Get an L plate, stick it on the car and ask someone with a full UK licence to be on the car with you.
