  1. If you're swing is consistent, then it might be an idea to have it checked on a monitor, but you'll probably be fine with a regular flex.

There comes a point where as shafts get more flexible (Light, Ladies or Senior), the accuracy becomes compromised if you ever speed up, so unless you are *really* slow, regular is a good bet.

  2. If you are contemplating purchasing a new set of clubs, discuss your question with the person selling them. If they cannot answer, find another club seller who can fit the clubs to your swing.

  3. Hi, it would be wise to go to a golf retailer and get your swing tested on a machine. You will get a MPH reading and you can accurately choose a shaft which will best suit your golf swing. If you do this you will find you will start hitting the ball straighter and longer than ever before.

  4. get a regular shaft, if it doesn't work out for you, go to a place and get a senior shaft. But I have a slow swing speed too and I use a regular flex. It is all preference, but get your swing speed checked out and if it is super slow get the senior flex, but go with regular, it shouldn't be that bad, and if it is, re shafting is cheap

  5. check out  the cobra m speed drivers...They are for "moderate to slow (not senior)" swingers...though I swing pretty hard they work for me too...my swing speed is like 97...99 or 101 on my best swing

  6. I would think that the graphite shaft is best . It is particularly designed for the higher handicap golfer with a slower swing speed as well as senior golfers. The whip in the club helps the swing speed.
