I have a blue (stuck pixel, I believe), does that make it any more likely that I will have even more problems like that with this TV or could it be an isolated problem? Thanks

  1. Hot (white), stuck (colored) and dead (black) pixels are a fact of life for any LCD TV. It is very common to find a number of hot, stuck or dead pixels on new LCD TVs. If it is a stuck pixel, you may be able to fix this by gently rubbing the pixel or using a special DVD that rapidly changes the color on your LCD TV screen. You can also expect more hot, dead, or stuck pixels to appear as your LCD TV ages. NO, it is not more likely that you will see more hot, stuck or dead pixels just because you have identified one on your TV screen already.

  2. Stuck pixels are an isolated problem.  There are ways that a stuck pixel can sometimes be fixed.  Search the internet for "stuck pixel" or "dead pixel".
