If I have an unpaid ticket in Washington( Seattle ), Flying to Boston, Will US custom arrest me?

It's An open container traffic ticket. But I wasn't driving

It was three years ago

I was being very childish

Lost the ticket so i don't no how to pay

Canadian citizen .. Flying from Ottawa to Boston than Aruba Than back to Boston
