I have a lot of gases and hiccups and some times my tummy hurts if I eat to much pizza or lot of stuff that has cheeses in it or chocolate there are many kind of dairy and chocolates but don't know which ones are bad reactions for me. I have black bags under my eyes, mood swings if I have caffeine its hard to stay away from the things that I like. who should I go and see about this if any one.

  1. Eliminate all dairy from your diet then introduce things one at a time over a few days span to determine what you're reacting to.  Honestly, it sounds like you might have more of an intolerance than a food allergy.  There is a difference.  The link in the source section is a little informational to explain more of the difference.  To be absolutely sure, you should see your doctor, an allergist and/or a GI doctor.

You mentioned when you "eat too much pizza or a lot of stuff..." maybe you're just eating more than you should of those things you like.  Moderation is the key - too much of anything can cause our body to react adversely.

Mood swings with caffeine or caffeine headaches aren't uncommon - I noticed that more when I stopped drinking soda for a period.  Since then, I limit how much I have each day and don't drink coffee at all.

Best wishes in getting on track with your health.

  2. Are you allergic to dairy or are you Lactose-intolerant?

If you have sensitivity to lactose...you can get lactose free milk and ice cream, and even tablets you can take before you have things with lactose in them....this might be the problem if it is just making your stomach hurt...

if its more than that then see a doctor and get an allergy test.
