  1. Quite possibly but you're the only one who can tell, by looking at the terms & conditions of the arrangement.

  2. not sure but your best bet is to contact the holiday company with a suggested payment schedule ie £90 per week until you go, or something like that. this may solve the problem, but citizens advice may tell you better if the company can just cancel your hol.

hope it works out, good luck x*x

  3. Most likely they will be able to extend for a couple of weeks if you speak with them.

Having said that, you are already nearly 4 weeks late.  The reason (agents anyway) ask for payment by a deadline is that the money will be taken from their account automatically by the operator.  If you then cancel, they will not have taken enough from you to cover the loss.

They will try to contact you before cancellation, but when you book you agree to the terms and conditions of the operator, including their cancellation charges.  If you don't communicate with the agent and simply don't pay, I think it would be reasonable for the agent to assume you don't want to go, and cancel the holiday to avoid further losses to either yourself, or the agent.

Either way, I strongly advise you speak to the agent immediately to see how flexible they are able to be in your case.
