Question:

If I have roaches in just the kitchen, do you think they will migrate with us when we move?

I very rarely see any roaches outside of our kitchen. I sometimes see them running across our living room floor. We are getting ready to move and I'm really afraid they are going to come with us. Do you think they are in our bedding/linens/clothes? In our couch? How do I know if they are?

What is the best way to ensure I don't take them with me?

  1. probably not unless they get into your packing boxes...

  2. If you have them in the kitchen, you probably have them elsewhere.  Spray your present house well under the sink and in the bathroom.  Spray your new place well all around the baseboards, crawlspace or basement, bathrooms and under the sink in the kitchen.  Inside the doorways and outside the house.  Good luck.
