Yes, you can but you have to buy the funds directly from T Rowe Price.  They do make it easy for you with their minimum $50 per month automatic investment plan where you sign up to get the funds automatically deducted from your bank account each month.  And of course you also have the option of buying the fund in the normal manner but with a $2500 minimum purchase.  T Rowe Price has a lot of excellent funds.  One of my favorites is the Capital Appreciation Fund.
