  1. Probably not.  I think there is some sort of confidentiality thing if you get a PO Box that they don't give out the home address.  Actually, that's why most folks get a PO Box in the first place...so that they do not have to give out their home address.

    If you know the name of the person, have you tried to find the address in the phone book and online?  (Right now, in Indianapolis, IN., we have a big deal going on with the recent increase in property taxes.  There is a website that you can type in a person's name and it will give you the addresses of all property that the person owns.  BAD!)  Is there anything similar in your town?

    Worst case.  Wait at the PO Box (wear a disguise)  and follow the person home.
