  1. ? How is it being shipped? Without knowing that, neither I, nor anyone else can give you a correct answer.

If you send by air, it can get to you like in 1-10 days depending on the service you use (FedEx/UPS Overnight, 2nd day air, Postal Service.  If you send by sea/freight, it can take up to a month to get to you.  Depending on what you're shipping as well, you have to give it a couple of days to go through customs clearance as well.
