If I have unlimited text to anyone can i send text to my email w/out being charged?

alright, to start off....i just got my new fone 4rm verizon...i got the select plan where i have unlimited text to any carrier n all that, but wanted to know if i can send picturesd to my email also for free because of my unlimited texting???

no, you can send pictures to another cell with it counting as a text, but if you send a picture to an e-mail, it counts as an sms message which costs. You would need a data package for this!!!! I know the other answers say different, contact your carrier to double check, that's what I did!!!!

I used to work for VZW...check with them and see if picture msgs are included, but prolly not.  pictures are billed a difrnt rate than regular texts.  but if you're sending a plain text w/o a pic, yes you can send it to a phone # or an email, it doesn't matter.
