If I hit or tap my body with an object like chopsticks everyday will that make my body stronger?

  1. i found chopsticks to big and strong to start with ,try a feather duster  .or if thats to heavy just trickle sand on the area you are trianing you big poof


  2. Meditate, warm up your body. Or hit it with an stick but not a chopsitck. Chinese sitck they use as a weapon. Push ups as well and sit ups.

    Martial artists are constantly getting hit with full force to their body and strike hard things every single day. What makes you think a light tap with a chop stick can get you any where compared to that?

    There's a guy I know at the work that taps himself persistently with his pen and smacks his forehead real hard whenever he makes a mistake and he makes a lot of mistakes. I think he has a better chance of getting tougher body(especially forehead) compared to you. I'm basically saying that it'll never get you above average because even average people does more than that.
