If I hold a Passport with an EU country, does this make me an automatic EU citizen?

  2. Usually yeah. But the Brits have "look-alike passports" which are issued to people who are not eligible (they've got about 5 different passports they can give out).

    If your passport says that your nationality of a EU country then yeah you are. If you got your passport in the last few years and they say on the cover European Union then definately.
