  1. I think it depends where exactly would be best for his to learn...if he enjoys horse riding I would recommend a university/college away from a large city. Some good cities in Canada would be Vancouver, Kelowna, and Calgary.

    Horse riding is quite common in the UK. Cambridge is close to Newmarket (famous for the horse races). It is a beautiful city in the countryside and only 1 hour by train to London if he wants more excitement! York and Edinburgh are also fantastic cities and close to the countryside (they also have great universities).

    I heard Dubai is a great place to ride horses, but I haven't visited or know anyone who has attended university there.

    I am not sure if there are any further requirements needed by your son.

  3. Maybe you should send him to a college that teaches reading and writing first.  If he spells or speaks like you, nobody would be able to understand a word he says.  Therefore whether they teach commerce or horse back riding would be irrelevant!
