Question:

If I insure my quad, and then crash it. Will my truck insurance go up?

I am talking if I insure my truck and quad with different companies.

For example, I insure my quad at Geico.

I make a claim or two because of crashing it.

Now two months later I buy another truck and insure it at Nationwide.

Will my truck insurance be higher? Do insurance companies keep a universal record of their clients and claims?

  1. Josh S, For car insurance the quickest method to get a low quote is do a policy comparison. If you choose the same coverage amounts, you can get an fast quote to compare against others. Use the same city/state, auto make and model, mileage and driving history to ensure you get an apples to apples comparison.
