  1. No, not really. Although the chemical composition of your sweat will change as you get into better shape the amount of sweat you produce will not. Since sweating is your body's primary method of heat loss during exercise the environmental conditions in which you are exercising will be the greatest factor that affects your body's sweat production rate.

And in regards to the first answer, water loss from sweating will cause you to lose weight, but that weight loss will only remain until you drink something. And running with a hoodie or extra clothing is a bad idea because your body is sweating for a reason, it is trying to regulate your body temp. By preventing your sweat from evaporating and taking away excess heat can put you at risk for heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke. Untreated heat exhaustion can lead to heat stroke which is a deadly condition.

  2. The more you sweat the more weight you'll lose. Running more should just cause you to sweat more, but try to keep a good pace to sweat. If you want to sweat and you feel you're not sweating enough, wear a hoodie when you run.

  3. the more you sweat the better shape u'll get into.

um in the chinese culture they say every people has poison in their body, and there are several ways to get rid off it, one of the way is to sweat

but the sweat has to come from certain sports, because when you run, or do any sports, ur organs will get effected by ur muscle movements too, if the organs gets (stimulated) <- (duno if its the right word)  if they get stimulated, the poison comes out, and gets carried away by sweat.  so, if u get the poison out, ur skin will be better, and u'll wake up earlier..etc (healthier)

so if you dont do sports, only get sweat under the sun, ur sweat isnt poisonous, which isnt good cuz u wanted to get the poison out.

well in my experiences yes, i sweat less since i start running  half marathons.

and i think the reason is, since i ran the first half marathon, there were a lot of poison got carried away, so my second run there wasnt much poison left for getting carried out
