Also, how do I learn the mental discipline to avoid the computer? My family needs it and it's not possible to just get rid of it since I need it as well.

Doing these things seem to give me this magical energy that keeps me awake, like a second wind.

I haven't had a good NIGHT (where I really sleep well at NIGHT) sleep in months. I have slept well during the day (which I would like to change to night), but NOT at night.

  1. It takes your body/mind 2 weeks of a steady habit to form that habit.

You have to be strong for a couple weeks. Your body will form that habit and it will be easier to stay away.

    Set hours for yourself.

Like, no computer after 7pm. Gives yourself a few hours before bed to wind down.

They do tend to keep you awake. I work nights and if I stay on the computer, my back and neck hurt, but I am awake for my shift!

    BE STRONG!

  2. of course!!!

I was on the computer on youtube.com looking at Twilight Trailers I couldn't get to sleep I was all worked up on Twilight and the guy that plays EDWARD CULLEN!!! So cute!!!

It's okay just do not do it in the night time, the last thing you think about is usually the thing you dream about or get worked up on!!!
