Also, how do I learn the mental discipline to avoid the computer? My family needs it and it's not possible to just get rid of it since I need it as well.Doing these things seem to give me this magical energy that keeps me awake, like a second wind.I haven't had a good NIGHT (where I really sleep well at NIGHT) sleep in months. I have slept well during the day (which I would like to change to night), but NOT at night.
