long story short we're getting back at him one way or another. i don't care for your ghandi speeches, just a question...

if i leave a broken wine bottle behind his tire and he backs out, will he have a flat?

If it did, that would be vandalism.  You want to end up with criminal charges and be responsible for damages because of a romance spat?  You want Judge Judy yelling at you and telling you to get over it and grow up?  You want him to drive away and some poor kid runing and playing to slice his feet on the broken glass?  You want the ex-boyfriend so ticked off he takes revenge in other ways?   It isn't worth it!

NO.  Tires are pretty tough.
