  1. probably

  2. sure.

  3. Eventually

  4. Try to give you an actual answer.and explain the physics

Paraffin is a wax and is actually oil based it penetrates. oil will evaporate over a very long period of time.I left my oil into a can once when i changed oil in my car. It set there for a year and evaporated about 1/4 .

wax is harder so will evaporate a lot slower than the car oil.

Oil and water don`t mix water evaporates rather quickly. Hope this helps

  5. i think it will yes but over long time

  6. No, it is a solid wax.

  7. I think so. Try it!

  8. it should

  9. IT will take some time to evaporate I have a small glass lamp no name one and I turn the wick down low and put a plastic cap over it like for PVC plumbing. when your paraffin (my kerosene) gets too old it will smoke more and leave soot deposits in the chimney than change it.
