If I left alcohol at room temperature or hotter for one week if/how would it be affected?

  1. depending on the alcohol and how long you leave it out.

    the air might get evaporated if the top was not there causing it to increase the concentration of the alcohol, making it stronger.


  2. Alcohol at bars is always at room temp on their shelves for who knows how long and it seems fine.

  3. Some kinds of beer would turn "skunky" from the heat, but most liquors--vodka, rum, scotch, whiskey, etc--are fine at room temperature. They leave them out at BARS all the time.

    Check the label to see if it needs refrigeration.
