  1. We can not tell you the answer because we do not know what type of lights, computer and radio you are using. How old they are or what condition they are in. This all has an affect on how much electricity they use.

If you really want to know just go measure you energy use right now, then leave your lights, computer and radio on over night. 2x and you have your answer.

  2. depends on the size of the house and ur bills go up a cuple tousand or more $$$$$$$$

  3. Appliances are usually marked for the number of watts they use. You would have to check them out, calculate the number of hours they were running, and mutliply hours times watts (watt hours) for each appliance. Then add them all together.

If you left three, 60W lights burning for 48 hours, plus 100W for your computer, 75W for the screen, and 100W for the radio, you have:

(3*60+100+75+100)48 = 21,480 watt hours or 21.48 kwh. Shame on you!

  4. But, why do you want to do so? Apart from the fridge and the security system, keep all switches off. At the end of the month, by a gift to your dearest one by the money you have saved.

  5. Too much

  6. umm alot!

are u crazy with the way things are now wit the whole freaking earth falling into turmoil the least u could do is conserve some energy.. n by the way not only are u helping s***w up the earth ur going to have to pay a h**l of alot of money for ur electric bill.

  7. enough to notice the difference in your electric bill but not enough to set you back. You would have been using these items had you been home anyways I assume so there will be little adverse effects on your cash flow. But you will see a little spike this month when the bill comes.

For instance running a 10,000 BTU window air conditioner all day every day uses about $30 a month or so in electricity and all the things you mentioned added together doesn't use as much energy as an air conditioner. No worries

  8. lots

  9. more than you would if you turned them off

  10. Not as much brain cells as reading this question

  11. you must be rich $$$$$

  12. one h**l of a lot

  13. If your lights were 100 watt bulbs and you left 10 of them on for one hour you would have consumed 1 killowatthour of electricity.

Depending on where you lived, this would cost you between 3 1/2 cents to about 12cents an hour.

  14. Why would you??? Well to accurately figure it out, you need to tell us how many lights and the watts of the bulbs.

Turn everything on, go outside and look at your meter. It will be spinning fast. (Charging you as it goes around and around).

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that your not only wasting your money, but the life span of your light bulbs, computer, and monitor.

Not only you are chancing it, but what if you had a storm... Lightning could strike or a power surge could ruin it all.

  15. who cares, it's just electricity

  16. wat a waste, slap urself *****

  17. The computer is a power HOG, the rest would not add up to the power usage that your computer uses.
