Question:

If I let my self wake-up naturally I sleep 13-18hours, why is this?

When I set an alarm clock for 8 or 9 hours I do feel rested but if I don't set an alarm clock I will sleep atleast 13 hours. I have even slept 26 hours before!

  2. i feel the same way...i can sleep forever but usually for 11 hrs on the weekends

  3. depends on age and gender but some people r just cool like that

  4. It's probably just the way your body is programmed. Some people do very well on just 5 hrs of sleep, and others need longer.

    I usually do well with 10-11 hrs. And if I get less than 8 hrs I'll have a terrible headache all day.

    If you're worried about your sleep pattern you can ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist.

    I would love to have your problem when I'm on a long overseas flight!!!
