If I live for 1000 years, will I become a better scientist or a worse one?

i would say that you would be worse cause u would go mad and invenchualy just kill your self!!!

Of course, there is no way that one can know for certain about this kind of question.  My guess is that, if you didn't become a better scientist, you'd certainly become a better, more informed human being for at least trying, I think.  Just the sure time factor and the amount of exposure to new information over time, would be significant.
