If I make 9.50 a hour, 40 hours a week in the state of Nevada..can I still get welfare?

Or at least enough to cover medical.

I make around 600 dollars a paycheck every two weeks, I live in Las Vegas and the cost of living is ridiculous, If I was to get insurance from my job, I would be working for nothing, could I still get free medical from the state?

The answer is whether you are single.  No, you can't get gov benefits but you could look for another better paying job or perhaps a 2nd part time position.  How about asking your employer for a raise... don't tell them because you "need it"  tell them you're worth it and give examples of the ways you've benefited the company.
