no, there is a thing you can get normaly a 5 dollar fee, for international service and then it would be free, other wise you are going to be paying internatioal fees

its not free, but it can be a lot cheaper than using a landline. check with your provider. if using bt broadband talk int calls are from 1.25p per minute.
