If I make over 1,000 points for asking or answering or discover what does it profit me ?

I am trying to explain that I have been helping to ask or answer or discover to help others which is very good but what is it helping me for the business or what? I dont understand some of you made over 10,000 to 100,000 points what does it benefit you?

On this site? There's a table somewhere that shows the levels, as you go up them (more points) you can ask and answer more questions per day, give more comments and thumbs up/down. I think that's about it. If you do well then you might get a little Top Contributor badge.

Well that is what I was told.  I'm still waiting.  But that's what Spiff told me!  So it must be true cause he's awful smart.
