Probably not.  It's not impossible, but it's a big deal. A Saudi has to have govt approval to marry a foreigner and bring him/her to the country.

The best way to get a resident permit is to apply for a job in Saudi, yourself.

the citizenship depends on so many things..when you apply for a citizinship they will give certain poitns for certain things..whether you stayed here for a long time ..whether you are a muslim..whether you're field of specialization  is needed here ..whether you're married to a saudi..so basically you need to collect as much point as you can to get it.

for the resident permit..you only need a job in here.

I highly doubt you'd be able to get your marriage approved by the Saudi gov't if you find a Saudi girl to marry you.  The only way would be if she's from Al Saud or if she's really close with Al Saud.  Most families here wouldn't accept their daughter to marry a foreigner because they want her close to them.  Also, I don't think your children would be considered Saudi by the gov't because they trace the nationality through the father only.  

Citizenship - It's really easy for women married to Saudi men to get the Saudi citizenship if the couple has children together.  If not, then I think it's 10 years.  With children, I think as little as 3 years.

It's hard enough for a Saudi man to bring a foreign wife.  I can't imagine what they'd say to a woman who wants to marry a foreigner.

If I were you, I'd honestly give up on that fantasy.  If you wanna come to KSA, then find a job or apply to the Islamic universities.

The law states after marriage to a citizen ( not sure if it works for both husband and wife  ), then after a certain amount of years, which I THINK is ten, then- and this is by law- you have the right to apply for citizenship, and it may be granted and may not be. Theres never a "right" to citizenship in Saudi unless if the father is Saudi.

Saudi women can only marry Saudi men.  Saudi men may marry Saudi women, USA women or UK women. But the Saudi man has to be 35 years old, and get permission from his Government to marry a USA woman or a UK woman.
