I am sorry to hear that you miscarried.  If you think you are pregnant again then wait to when you should have missed your next period and then test.  Because of the miscarriage you might not have ovulated this month, so pregnancy would not occur.  If that is the case try again next month.

After my 1st m/c i was testing negative after 1week, i m/c at 5wks and HCG levels were only 71 at the time of m/c.  I took a test 4wks exactly after date of m/c and it was positive, i was indeed pregnant again, however i did m/c this one in a form of a missed m/c at 12wks and have decided against trying again so soon or even checking to see if i am testing negative as yet.  If you are taking the test to check for pregnancy then i wish you all the luck

It depends - what are you trying to achieve by taking the test?  That you have fallen pregnant again?

Depending on the circumstances of the miscarriage and how far along you were, it can take up to 6 weeks for all the hCG to leave your system.

it can take a couple weeks for the HCG to return to 0 after a miscarriage. depending on the dates for you, s*x, period, etc. is going to say when you can test. Normally, you would wait about 2 weeks after ovulation...or 2/3 weeks after s*x...
