  2. you need to check on the specifics with an immigration lawyer or post this question under the "law" section.  i suppose you should be able to get some type of work visa while you wait for your social security number to be issued.  

    by the way, it's social "security", not "insurance".

To get an accurate answer, you need to provide information about your qualifications and the legal classification of your presence in the US.  For example, will you be entering the U.S. under a student visa?   A business visa? Will you be classified as a  visitor? A temporary resident?  Permanent resident?  Or are you just planning to sneak in?  

  4. I suppose you mean Social Security number. First you would have to become an American Citizen. Some jobs might be open to you under a green card for work visa. Have you applied to enter the United States?
