  1. There are free shuttle busses between the terminals in Heathrow.  Well - at least they were free the last time I was there which when I come to think of it was a few years ago !

  2. There are free buses. Also five hours is a lot of time. It takes you 45 minutes to get on Picadilly line and go to Leicester square. You should have time for an hour of sightseeing downtown.

Although the Heathrow Express is much faster, you will have to transfer to the underground to go somewhere of real interest. There is not a lot to see within walking distance of Paddington station.

  3. I believe you take a bus, and its free :) I was in London over the summer and I took buses between the terminals...

  4. Use Heathrow Express trains for a free transfer between Heathrow Central and Terminal 5. This quick, convenient service runs every 15 minutes and the journey takes about three minutes.

Heathrow Central is between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The terminals are a few minutes' walk away via underground walkways, and are signposted from the platforms. The Terminal 5 rail station is in the basement of the terminal and linked to check-in and arrivals by express lifts.

Alternatively, the 441 and 724 buses provide a free transfer between the terminals, taking 10 and 20 minutes. The N9 night bus, which runs between 23:55 and 04:55 (times vary at weekends), also takes ten minutes.

Services stop at the Terminal 5 bus station (next to the terminal) and the Heathrow central bus station (between Terminals 1, 2 and 3).

  5.   use this its from heathrow web site,  Terminals 1, 2, 3 to Terminal 5

  6. Go to this link

    http://www.heathrowairport.com/portal/pa...

It tells you all about transfer between terminals

  7. Last time i was at heathrow there were little buses you could get which would take you from one terminal to another not sure of the cost (if anything) because it was a few years ago.

  8. I have no idea how much the terminal buses will cost,

like I said in your last question if you phone BAA they should be able to tell you. You can find a number at the link below.

    http://www.baa.com

Otherwise you can find tube prices here, http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tickets/default.as...

    Hope this helps you
