If I offer an item as a second chance on ebay?

...will the first winning bidder, the one who didn't pay, be able to see the details of that transaction? Will they know I've offered it as a second chance and so no longer have it for sale to them?

  1. You will need to open a pay dispute first with the person who didn't pay. Then when ebay have contacted them and they confirm that they either don't want tthe item, pay, or ignore ebay, Then you can offer the item as a second chance. If you only have the one item, the pay dispute has to happen first. But don't worry ebay are really quick!


  2. No it's a private sale, only the bidder you've offered it to will be able to see it. The only way your first place bidder can see that you've sold it to someone else is when the second place bidder leaves you feedback, although I think there is the option of making it private.

    However as previous answers have said you should give your first bidder a chance to pay first.
