Question:

If I only at white bread on a daily basis.. what would happen?

Would i loose weight? Get fat? Loose energy? Become sick?

Just curious because i eat ALOT of white bread... I'm concerned its to much.

  1. Depending on if  you have a fast or slow metabolism

    if you have a slow one- your thighs will get much bigger and youll get lovehandles probly

    if you have a fast motabloism- dont worry about it your body will burn off the calories like that

    its not a really good idea , you should try and not eat white bread as much as you can


  2. Switch to whole grain or wheat bread. The white bread is just made of processed flour and it's horrible for you.  You'll lose weight if you switch to the grain bread, and seriously, it tastes way better too!

  3. If a person only had white bread to eat, they would die.

    White bread has been bleached to the point there is no nutrients in it.

    I feel it would be empty calories.

    Eat healthy, loose weight. White bread is not healthy.

  4. White bread is really bad for you. You should eat wheat bread it's more natural and healthy. If you only ate that, then yes you would lose energy and probably would get sick because your body will lack a lot of nutrients.

  5. If you eat ONLY white bread, you would get sick from a lack of vitamins, protein etc.

    A balanced diet is the only way to go, but don't stress about eating white bread. Its a lot healthier than a lot of other things out there.

  6. Well, you would have substantially lost almost all of the vitamins and minerals you need to keep you healthy.  You get most of those from food, and absorb very little from vitamin pills, so don't depend on vitamin pills to make up the difference.

    Likely, you'd lose energy, become sick, and have to change your diet in very short order.  I'd expect no more than a week or two if all you ate was white bread.

    As long as the rest of your diet is reasonable, I really doubt you're eating too much white bread.  Sure, other types are better for you, but not THAT much better, I don't think.   There is a reason people recommend a balanced diet.  White bread alone isn't balanced.

White bread is NOT healthy for you, that is one thing my mom taught me...Wheat is very healthy, it tastes good, and also, it doesn't stick to the roof of your mouth, also if you eat WHOLE wheat, not just wheat you get your daily whjole grains in and that helps alot, since white bread is basically just flour, you gain alot of weight on your toosh and hips, I managed to do that with just wheat bread though...and noodles, well I hope this was helpful for you....god luck!
