  1. wtf your 5 10 and 120 lbs !!

    your already too skinny

and eating one meal would only slow down your metabolism making it harder to lose weight, try more exercise if you really want to lose weight (although i would recommend you gain weight) and eat smaller meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism steady

  2. Bad idea. In order to lose weight you need to eat food. If you don't eat then not only will you be losing "unhealthy weight" but you won't be getting the important nutrients your body needs. Don't eat smaller amounts unless you feel you eat too much during the day. Most people think that the reason they're overweight is that they eat too much, which is usually not true. Most of the time its just that they're not eating healthy. Try eating healthier and doing some simple workouts at home or going to the gym. With your height and weight I'm sure you'll lose weight in no time. Just remember EAT HEALTHY. If you work out at the gym all day and then come home and eat five pieces of cake all that work would have been for nothing, so just remember to make healthy choices.

    And don't listen to Aimee...she is a *****.

  3. Dude that is just weird.

You are a guy and concerned about your thighs?

At 5'10 you should weigh 166.

Try putting on weight you scrawny emo dude.

Do lunges with weights and squats to give you s**y muscular thighs.

    Skinny guys are icky

  4. dont  just eat small portions and eat 3-5 meals

  5. dont do that! you'll starve yourself s******g up your metabolism, and causing your body to store more fat where u dont want it! instead run, walk, bike, rollerblade to get those thighs more toned. you're a skinny guy, so doing some leg exercises like leg extensions and leg curls will help your legs too

  6. It depends on your total calorie intake for the day minus how many you burn up during the day.

You can usually only lose weight at the rate you packed it on.

Exercise is your best best for reducing specific parts of your body.  Just starving yourself will make you skinny (and emaciated) all over.

And remember that your overall frame is determined by your genes.  Some parts can only be altered by surgery (a little too radical for most purposes).

  7. Yes you will not only lose weight but you will deprive your body from minerals, vitamins etc, if you want to tone up your thighs do bike riding, skipping, and walking 10 miles every day.

  8. If u dont eat at all one day you'll be so hungry, u wont care about wat u eat...i advice to eat small amounts of food, like 1/2 a cup of wheat thins, and celery..just easy simple things...

  9. nah, if you don't eat your body starts to conserve fats. Eat celery, chicken, pork, anything but carbs and you won't put on weight that easily.

Unfortunately the best way to get a good body is to use it a lot. And bodies can run 30 miles a day easily, 50 miles if pushed a little bit.

So if you run NOTHING... well... what to say... can you swim?? Can you juggle water bottles? yeah? that wont burn a lot but if you did 4 hours of it it will do something. Half a big mac burned perhaps!

  10. Jog.

  11. To be honest, yes you will.

But how long are you going to keep that up for?

After some time you will binge & gain back weight.

It's much wiser & safer to stick to a healthy diet of 3 meals a day & snacks with exercise.

Be careful with what you do, I started dieting at the age of 7 & I now have an eating disorder, it is horrible.

    Please keep safe.

  12. wtf!? no. that is the answer, no.

  13. BAD IDEA 1 meal a day will wear your body down FAST, QUICK, AND IN A HURRY take up a hobby that works your body and eat healthy
