Next year.......

Acquire a few players in Free Agency this summer. Watch the PENS roster get depleted from Cap Restrictions over the next few years. The PENS are just in that zone where most of their 1st round picks are developed now and still dont make much. That will end. Plus they wont be getting 1st round picks for a while until like the 29th or 30th spot. We will see if they can do what Detroit does and develop normal drafts into a continually winning organization.
