  1. You question and answer is on the IRS FAQ's (IRS WEBSITE WWW.IRS.GOV)

The answer is you WILL NOT receive the stimulus it will be offset to your balance due.

  2. They are going to deduct anything you owe. Would you give someone money who owed you????

  3. The $600 is a rebate, not a tax refund.  The catch is, you have to have filed a return in order to get the rebate.  If you didn't file (say in order to avoid paying the taxes you owe), then you won't be getting any rebate anyway.  Oh and they'll just take that $600 the next time you file, unless they decide to come after you in the mean time.  If they do, they'll give you a deadline to repay them, deduct it from your paycheck, or throw you in jail.  Good luck with that!

  4. Depends if you filed this year. If you didnt file then you dont get anything. If you did, I think they take what you owe out.

  5. no

  6. they will deduct it. check out irs.gov it tells you there. they will even hold back if you owe child support. all the stipulations are on their site.
