If I owed taxes and paid them would I get a stimulis check?

If you meet the other qualifications for the Stimulus Check then yes, once the IRS shows that you have full paid your account and verified that you do not have any other Federal debt then you will be mailed a check.  Visit the IRS web site at www.irs.gov and you can check where your Stimulus Check will be mailed.

If you paid it off in full, of course you will receive the stimulus check if you qualify.

Yes.  As long as you filed taxes and didn't make so much money that you don't qualify.  Whether or not you had to pay makes no difference.

When they did the last refund I still owed money to IRS, i did not think i would get a check, I was surprised when I did, not sure if it will work the same this time but its probably close to it, but since you paid them in full there is no reason for them to keep it if you qualified for it
