How much will your pay for the day be on June 30.

You started with $1.00 on June 1st. And it has been agreed that your pay will double every day thereafter.

How much do you get on June 30th?

  1. shouldnt u do ur own homework??

  2. $536,870,912

  3. The equation f(x)=2^x is correct, but you would want to find

    f(29) rather than 30 since your first day you get paid 1 dollar.

    1 = 2^0.    First day.

    2 = 2^1.   Second.

    4= 2^2.   Third.

    Hence 2^29 = $536,870,912

  4. A Lot Of Money!

  5. go to ur graphing calculator and type this into ur 'y=' : 2^x

    and look at ur table and look at ur 30th day!

    GOOD LUCK!!!!!

  6. 1,073,741,824.00

  7. 60

  8. 1.8454937

  9. you would get   2^30 dollars

                          = 1045901824 dollars.
