If I pass the placement test do I have to take the course?

Ok so Im a UIC Student and I took a language placement course and passed 3 of the 4 required language courses meaning I only have to take 1 language course. Do I get credit for the other 3 courses or do I need to pick another course to fill it up?

All you'll have to do is to take the 104 language course to complete the requirement.  Pass that course, and you'll fulfill the UIC foreign language requirement.

You get credit- but not credit towards the degree.  Just to let you in on something, there is someone called an academic adviser, and it is his or her job is to answer questions like these.
