If I pay for item 3pm wednesday on ebay, is it possible that i get it before thursday 6:30?

Shipping will be "Internation Expedited Shipping" from Fedex. I live in Ontario, Canada, item is in Virginia, US. Item is very light, piece of paper. Seller is power seller and positive feedback 99%.

i dont know its possible but i doubt it. unles you paid for over night

I highly doubt it.  If you ordered the item by 10 a.m., it might be possible.  That's just the common policy I've seen when I have ordered for 24-hour shipping.  The weight of an item is only relevant pertaining to the price of the shipping, not the timely delivery.  And that's the general policy for shipping from anywhere to anywhere, Ebay or not, international or domestic.

I doubt it.  You are in a different country.  Has to go through customs and everything.  3 pm, thats a lot expecting them to still ship the same day.

Nope.  "Expedited" really means "slow".  Even "Overnight" wouldn't get it to you on time because the seller would not be able to ship it on Wednesday.
