if you post on Wednesday before the last collection at a post box or post office it should get there on Thursday morning, so should definitely get there by Friday as long as you have the correct address and the correct postage paid.

PS just for info 1st class should arrive next day and 2nd class in 2/3 days as long as you post before last collection at post box.
