I'm not sure.  Your making it public knowledge and all could change something.  Ask them at a court house.

You need a lawyer either way.  If you can't find the guy, your lawyer can tell you what your options are.  Even if you put an ad in the paper, you don't know if he will see it or even react to it.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking.  

Are you trying to serve him and cant find him??  If that is the case, you can also try the local court house.  Does he have a criminal record?  Try going back to where you last saw him.  

You will still have to go to court no matter if he shows or not.

talk to a lawyer they will tell you how to handle this, but yes the judge will still have to finalize the divorce. if it were that easy to get out of a marriage, then everyone would be doing it over any problem that occurs.

getting a divorce requires a legal process, which means you will have to go before a judge.  A simple classified ad doesn't constitute a divorce.  You need legal counsel.
