If I practice Rosetta Stone for Japanese 30 minutes each day could I learn it fast?

No one can tell you specifically how quickly you'll learn a language in any amount of time per day using any program, as it varies between people.

What I do know is that Rosetta Stone's Japanese program worked wonders with me. I set it on the Japanese text setting (with kanji and everything) because I already had a grip on the language but wanted to learn some kanji too. I learned very quickly, but again, I already had a grip of the language.
