My company could could reduce its carbon emissions here in the united states if the sale of carbon credits was financaily viable. Since these credits are worth more in the EU climate exchanges, could we produce the credit here and sell them over in Europe?

  1. You're overthinking this. Simply sell your carbon credits on Ebay, all you need a laser printer and a DSL connection and you're in business.

    Seems almost like printing money...

  2. Yes, but your credits will have a 90% subsidy fee, and must be made with union labor, and you will need to get a foreign emission permit, and do an enviromental impact study, with proof of carbon reduction, by submitting the reduction form # 3488 in triplicket to the state department of both countries, and signing a statment of facts that no animals were harmed in the carbon credit process, with an endorsement from the Rev. Al Gore.
