I'm going to start using google adsense with one of my websites that has started becoming more and more popular. I have some volunteers that offered to help me with some parts of it and they are very reliable. If I start making money on my website is it illegal to not pay them part of my profit?

EDIT - I don't know if it matters, but I do not personally know any of the people who volunteer on my website. I have met them all on the internet and I don't actually know them.

  1. No, you have no reason to pay them. If they volunteer, why would you pay them?

  2. I'm giving away a FREE ADSENSE EBOOK that will teach you how you can make 5 figure incomes with adsense a month.

    Check it out:

  3. As a token of appreciation for their help, you may want to offer them a part of your profit. However, you can choose not to give them since you don't actually know them.

  4. You don't have to pay them, but it's always good to treat them well.  I often send them small gifts, and I always try to give them public accolades on the site.

You can also give them fun tasks.  I had a music site a while back that would often get interviews with big-name musicians.  I'd often let our volunteers do the interviews, especially if it made geographic sense.
