It depends on the country and the item and its value.  Ask the seller for details on this.  If the seller does not know, Google US Customs regulations and look it up.  Please don't accept hearsay on this one.  You could land in a pot of trouble if you ignore Customs Regulations just because you didn't know them.


  2. It depends on the seller.  Sometimes the sellers label things as gifts or samples.  Customs fees can be very high depending on what it is.  If they send it through the normal post office there does not seem to be fees on them as much.  When they send fed ex there are always fees.
