  1. A tape recorder is a small recording device. There aren't too many of them around now because they're pretty old. Way before CD players...

I like the title for your question... I don't get it though..

  2. It depends on what direction the wind is blowing and the cost of the recorder.

  3. A tape recorder is a little cassette tape player that has the feature of recording.  People often times say a tape recorder meaning a tape player.  This was before CD players came out

  4. Hmmm.... I wonder if what you meant to ask was: If a tree falls in the woods and there is a tape recorder - will the tape recorder, record it?  Answer:  Yes.

Furthermore, if a tree falls in the woods and there is no one around to hear it - does the tree make a sound?  Answer:  I guess we need your tape recorder to tell us the answer to that one!

  5. A tape recorder is a sound recording device that uses a "tape" that passes through the recording heads to store the sounds. It has 2 spools for the tape much like a VCR tape. Trees, don't fall down all the time, so probably safe for a while.
