  1. "Request a Copy of Your Medical Certificate"

    http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificates...

Here is the form you fill out:

  2. FAA will send you a replacement. Four bucks. And skytrain, I doubt anything "shonkie" is going on here. I destroyed my medical certificate and everything else in my wallet when I fell into a hotel swimming pool in a drunken stupor returning to my room from closing down the bar in the Marriott during one RON. How do you think I know the feds want the four bucks for crying out loud.

  3. Any certificate can be replaced, see Apollo's list of websites.  Some cost money and you'll still have to have something in your pocket to fly (they can send a fax, even a telegram, from OKC).

  4. Why would you want to "destroy" such an important document?

Sounds like you are pulling a shonkie here.

If you are, I hope you get caught out.

  5. Doubtful; you will probably need to get a new one.  Which means a new exam.
