There isn't any way to prove that I exist, that said sensations and emotions are very powerful things and for the purpose of simplicity I accept that I exist becuase it is the easiest explanation. Since there is a generally unified awareness of feelings and sensations I say that I exist. Proceeding in any other way is very painful.

  4. The way we have to live our lives mustn't depend on if we will exist again (to be recreated another time after our death) or not. We have to live in the method which we think it is correct not only for us but also for those whom around us and for next generations. We have to do as our grandfathers did. They tried to make this world better for us. And we have to leave this world and we know that we make it better for our children. This is the meaning of the life (if we believe in God or not)

  5. If you have realized that all is fleeting and that change is the only constant in the universe and  one day the body will die then this may help you.

    as the Bible says:

Mat 6:33  But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.

Mat 6:34  Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow; for tomorrow shall be anxious for its own things. Sufficient to the day is the evil of it.

Live for today in righteousness, seeking God and putting your trust in Him and know that YOU are not  a physical being, you are spirit.

Your life, given to you by the breath of God which is his Spirit.

Live according to the Holy Bible and "you" will continue to exist eternally..

  6. Speaking from the pov of a senior citizen, it is gratifying to be able to reflect back on my life and say "this person" or "that place" or "that situation" was better because I made a difference.  Unfortunately, I don't have as many of those reflections as I'd like to -- if I had it all to do over again, there'd be more.  And I'd appreciate more the "little" situations we encounter every day, how everday small kindnesses really can have a positive effect on the world around us.

Live a life that gives to others. Love no matter how many times your heart breaks.

Forgive no matter how many times you are hurt.
