If I receive financial aid denial status will I still get my stafford loan?

Due to family emergency and my son being hospitalized last term I missed alot of school and fell below a 2.0 gpa

Well now this term I failed my math (not that I didnt try) and I am worried I will get financial aid denied. If that occurs do I still get my stafford loans just not the pell grant?? The financial aid office isnt open to take calls due to 2 week break. thank you!!
